Chief Executive Officer and President, Greg has a PhD in Chemical Materials Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and he has extensive experience in product and process development in the chemical process industry. He was previously involved in the establishment of another start-up, Parelec, Inc. as the senior scientist. He also has management experience with Mobil Chemical Company, a division of Mobil Corporation.

Mike Mastropietro is a founding employee with PChem Associates. He received his M.S. degree in chemical engineering from Penn State University in 2000 after completing his thesis entitled, “Synthesis of Surfactant Stabilized Silver Nanoparticles by the Laser-Liquid-Solid Interaction Technique (LLSI).” His thesis work earned him the Xerox Research Award for 2001.
